Quite strange there is a stamp on this card, which should not be used by ‘normal’ Dutch civilians. That privilege is maintained for the cour internationale de justice or in English the International Court of Justice in the Peace Palace in The Hague. This the second time I see this and so I think the Dutch postal service isn’t that keen anymore to refuse this stamp.
It is good thing you have this site to show this quite rare and ‘unique’ stamped card.
